Fairy Lake Hydrilla Clean Up

Hello friends of Fairy Lake,
 
Update on April 12, 2025:
Fairy Lake continues to be free from bad Hydrilla growth but not enough healthy vegetation to allow fish to thrive. It is expected to have more healthy vegetation by this time next year. Water lilies are present. Water clarity is 2 feet. Would like to see more non-invasive vegetation for optimal health and fish health. It is expected to have more healthy vegetation by this time next year.
Lake and Pond Remediation will inspect the lake in the upcoming months.
Please consider donating to the maintenance fund, no matter what the amount is, it all helps.

House Painting Color Palette

Sherwin-Williams HOA House Painting color palette has been added to the "Links" page.  We have approved a color palette that matches the Alafaya Woods neighborhood of Longwood, FL.  Under the "Links" page, a web link has been added.  We are requesting that Sherman Williams add a Columbus Harbour option on their website. Until it is added we can use the link for Alafaya Woods.

~ Update from the President ~
Hello Columbus Harbour members-
 
I'd like to thank everyone who have already paid this years dues. As a final reminder HOA Dues are due by 5/31/26. After that date, they are considered late. 
 
At the May11th meeting, officers were  elected by the board members. This years officers are:
President- Sharon Wesson
Vice President- Bruce Noyes
Treasurer- Craig Kaminsky.
Members of the Board:
Mickey Carleton
Jack Smythers
Tom DeNegre
Derek Smith
 
I'd like to thank Mickey and Keith Carleton for taking charge and spreading the new gravel at the Lakeside Pavilion parking lot as well as adding a fresh coat of paint at the entrance signs
 
Please continue to be patient with the entrances. We are in the final process of awarding the landscaping contract for the entrance renovations.
 
As always, I encourage everyone to attend the Board meetings.
